Unique is the word best used to describe 101 Warren. From a maze reminiscent of Stephen King’s movie “The Shining,” to the private pine tree forest towering five stories above the Earth, this condominium development is intended for those eclectic souls who long for a connection with the natural world but just can’t leave the urban life. The 35 story, mixed-use structure is almost self-sufficient, with a whole food market and a Barnes and Noble bookstore on the first floor. All
of this is set in Tribeca, the cultural hub of Manhattan, which has become synonymous for its renovated residential warehouses and its artsy feel, including the yearly Tribeca film festival. Although the area has also become well known for its pricy environment, 101 Warren’s focus on generously lit rooms and open plans, and the penchant for “sky” homes focused on as much air as possible make the price well worth it. Being close to downtown doesn’t hurt the price-worthiness either. |

| One of the best things about 101 Warren is the pleasing variety of living styles and designs. Definitely not a cookie-cutter development, the residences here come in five different templates; large town homes with terraces, rooftop duplex homes with a view, flexibly spaced lofts, penthouses and “sky homes” that boast floor-to-ceiling glass windows and wrap-around terraces. Homes range from the small 500 square foot residence to those that extend to include over 4,000 square feet of living space. The unique quality of 101 Warren does not mean the development doesn’t offer the typical resident attractions. Commissioned contemporary work by Roy Lichtenstein, among others, adorns the public lobby and serves to welcome new residents in a big way. In addition, the development has a door attendant and 24-hour concierge service, along with an on-site parking area and residential storage units. Include a media center and the 8400 square foot Pavilion with a private health/fitness center, a spa, outdoor decks and a huge children’s play area, and 101 Warren offers residents a full package.[ Contact us ] |
