Miraval offers something for every sized family, from the singleton to extended-family varieties. Their studios are small, at less than 573 square feet, but so are the prices at under $800,000, which is downright frugal for this side of town. One bedrooms range from 611-736 square feet, with prices of between $884,000 and $1.03 million. Two-bedroom units start at $1.45 million for 1,081 square feet. There are a select number of 3-5 bedroom residences, with prices extending as high as $5.96 million and square-footage ranging from just under 1,000 to more than 3,000.
